Farmhouse Fusion 2026

Alesong Brewing & Blending · Farmhouse Ale - Saison · 6.4% ABV

Farmhouse Fusion 2026 by Alesong Brewing & Blending is a modern twist on an old-world style, created by blending a fresh, hop-forward saison with a foeder-aged Brett saison. The beer bursts with citrus notes from a healthy dose of Nectaron, Cascade, and Citra hops, and is finished with a dry hop of Audacia, Strata, and Dolcita. Aged in French oak barrels, this blend provides a vibrant hop aroma alongside complex Brettanomyces and oak character.
