Farmhouse Orchard Medley '24 is a dry cider crafted by Alpenfire Cider, blended for a balance and mellowness achieved through extensive maturation. It features Foxwhelp, Muscadet de Dieppe, Kingston Black, and Dabinett apples from the cidery's own orchard, fermented with a mixture of native and champagne yeasts, alongside Porters and Winesap apples fermented exclusively with champagne yeast. The cider undergoes a long stainless steel maturation and simple racking for clarity, resulting in a golden, effervescent pour. Aromas of smoky campfire and apple peel lead into flavors of cherry and apple twig, culminating in a clean, dry finish that pairs exceptionally well with a variety of meals.
