Harrison

Alpenfire Cider · Semi Dry Cider

Harrison is a semi-dry, single-varietal cider crafted by Alpenfire Cider using 100 percent Harrison apples sourced from Whitestone Mountain orchards in Tonasket, Washington. Native to New Jersey and rediscovered in the mid-1970s after being considered lost in the early 1900s, the Harrison apple is one of the few true American cider varieties. The resulting beverage is highly fruity with light tannins and prominent acidity. It offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of fresh apple, canned fruit cocktail, papaya, canned pear, and maraschino cherry, culminating in a slightly bitter finish.
