Undergoing a long, slow maturation process, this cider features a blend of 75% organic Fuji and Newtown Pippin apples alongside 25% organic estate-grown Vilberie and Brown Snout apples. It presents a spicy aroma, light carbonation, and a honey-like finish, with distinct variations in sweetness, acidity, and tannin levels inherent to each batch.
