The cider is naturally fermented from 100 percent fresh-pressed apple juice without any added sugar, sweeteners, or concentrates. It pours a pale gold and offers bright aromas of green apple and fresh pear. The use of sour apples results in a clean, bright, and juicy profile with low tannins, juicy acidity, and a light, mineral-driven body that finishes crisp and dry.
