Fresh Hop Topcutter IPA is a special edition of the flagship American IPA by Bale Breaker Brewing Company, crafted to capture the fleeting magic of the September hop harvest in the Yakima Valley. The beer is brewed with a malt bill of 2-Row, Pilsner, and Munich, alongside Warrior, Citra, Mosaic, and dried Simcoe hops. To achieve its unique seasonal character, it is also brewed with fresh Simcoe hops added just minutes after being picked from the brewery's family farm. This combination bursts with the signature pine, citrus, and stone fruit character of the original Topcutter, while providing an extra juicy vibrance and resinous depth that only fresh hops can deliver.
