Takedown Them Hops! Fresh Hop IPA is an American IPA brewed by Bale Breaker Brewing Company in collaboration with Pinthouse Brewing Co. Inspired by Pinthouse's award-winning Mosaic Takedown, this modern IPA is built on a clean, crisp base of Pilsner malt, flaked rice, and flaked oats to showcase fresh Yakima hops. The recipe achieves maximum hop saturation by featuring Citra wet hops, T90, and Cryo, which are combined with Mosaic HyperBoost, Extract, and Cryo, as well as Krush Cryo. The resulting profile delivers huge initial aromas of peach, blueberry, and melon, leading into a finish of sticky, dank hop resin.
