Topcutter IPA by Bale Breaker is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases homegrown Yakima Valley hops. Brewed with a malt bill of 2-Row, Pilsner, and Munich, it features late hop additions of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. This combination gives the beer a complex aroma and flavor profile bursting with notes of pine, grapefruit, and floral citrus. Fermented with the brewery's house yeast strain, the beer delivers a crisp 70 IBU finish. It is named after a unique piece of farm equipment used to remove hop vines from the trellis during the annual harvest.
