Clyde's Dry by Bauman's Cider is a modern style dry cider named in tribute to the cidermaker's Grandpa Clyde. It is crafted from a blend of more than a dozen sweet and sharp apple varietals grown on the family farm. The cider draws its distinct tannic character and mouthwatering acidity from this blend, along with the addition of locally picked Manchurian Crab apples, resulting in a smooth, balanced profile with a mild fruit taste.
