Fresh Hop Cider: Centennial is an aromatic, off-dry hopped cider crafted by Bauman's Cider Company. It is made using fresh Centennial hops sourced directly from Crosby Hop Farm, located just a few miles from the cidery. To maximize freshness and aromatic impact, these fresh hops are transferred from the vine to the cider tank within an hour of harvesting. The resulting cider features vibrant notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and piney resin.
