Loganberry by Bauman's Cider is a semi-sweet, fruit-infused cider made with fresh-pressed apple juice from apples grown on the farm. The apples are fermented to dry before delicate, hand-picked loganberries are added and blended into the tank. The cider is then pumped over the berries for five days to extract maximum flavor before being filtered and lightly sweetened with a touch of fresh juice. This process yields a well-balanced cider with a quintessential berry flavor that crosses raspberry and blackberry, complemented by notes of berry jam, fresh apple, and lemongrass. It is medium-bodied with a gentle sweetness from start to finish and a tart, lingering finish.
