Rosé Splendor is a Lambic-inspired, Belgian-style sour ale that is fermented and aged in oak barrels. It is brewed with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes, alongside fresh raspberries and blueberries. This sparkling beer offers bright aromas of fresh raspberries, pear, apple, white wine, and soft floral notes. On the palate, it delivers flavors of jammy raspberry, plum, and strawberry, balanced by light acidity, soft tannins, and a touch of oak, leading to a clean, crisp finish with lively carbonation.
