The beer is crafted using water sourced from the Bitburger Triassic depression, fine barley malt, natural bottom-fermenting yeast, and a blend of hops from the Hallertau region and Holsthum in the Southern Eifel National Park. During the brewing process, Bitburger employs a double hopping technique, adding hops twice to create a distinctive aroma and balanced bitterness. Pouring a crystal-clear, golden-yellow color with a lasting white foam head, this pilsner delivers a crisp, clean, and refreshing profile.
