Crushed in Velvet by Bizarre Brewing is a rotating hop soft pale ale brewed with a base of pilsner malt and flaked oats. This batch is kettle-hopped with Strata, Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook. The beer is fermented cool using the brewery's house lager strain and then dry-hopped with Dolcita LupoMax, Galaxy, and Strata.
