Death Rides a Horse is an Italian-style pilsner brewed to celebrate Bizarre Brewing's first anniversary. It is brewed with a simple blend of Washington-grown pilsner and German pilsner malts, then hopped in the kettle with Saphir, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Tettnang, and Saaz. The beer is fermented cold with the brewery's house lager strain, dry hopped with Saphir, Tettnang, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and finally spunded for natural carbonation.
