Flowers of the Sky is a fresh hop double dry-hopped American pale ale crafted by Bizarre Brewing. The beer is built on a base of pilsner malt, flaked oats, and unmalted wheat, then fermented cool with a house Kölsch yeast strain. It is brewed with dried Strata and Strata CGX NUVO hops, and later dry-hopped with both dried Strata and fresh Strata hops sourced from Coleman Hops.
