Hit Me with a Flower is a New World Light Lager brewed as a collaboration between Bizarre Brewing and Little Letters Lager. The beer is mashed with LINC Baronesse pilsner malt and rice sugar, then kettle-hopped with Wai-iti, Cascade, and Motueka. It is fermented cold using a house lager strain and finished with a dry hop of additional Motueka. This light and zippy lager delivers a highly crushable profile with refreshing tasting notes of mojito and subtle summer stone fruit.
