Pressed Against the Sky (2024) by Bizarre Brewing is a Bourbon Barrel Aged English Barleywine created from a blend of two barrels that were aged for 13 months in six-plus-year Willett bourbon barrels. The beer is brewed with a rich malt base consisting of English pale, amber, crystal, oat, caramelized oat, and pale chocolate malts. It is hopped with Harlequin and East Kent Golding and fermented with a robust English ale yeast.
