It is crafted with a blend of pilsner, Munich, and specialty malts, and hopped in the kettle with Styrian Golding. The beer is fermented using a special Belgian ale strain and finished on a blend of DR Congo and Ethiopia coffees sourced from Hyacinth Coffee.
