Teenage Jesus by Bizarre Brewing is an oat bitter designed as a riff on a traditional English ordinary bitter. The beer is mashed with a base of pale English malt, flaked barley, CaraMunich, and a portion of caramelized oat malt. It is then hopped with East Kent Golding, Challenger, and Comet hops. During the brewing process, an English ale yeast strain is pitched for fermentation, and the beer is ultimately spunded to achieve natural carbonation.
