Grandfather Raven by Black Raven Brewing Co. is an award-winning Imperial Stout inspired by Northwest Coast Native history, where the raven is depicted as the creator of the earth who brought the sun, moon, fire, and fresh water to the first people. This robust black ale is brewed with Two-Row Barley, Crystal, Chocolate, Carafa, and Roast malts, alongside Magnum, Mt. Hood, and CZ Saaz hops. The resulting flavor profile is bold and dark, featuring rich dark caramel and unsweetened chocolate, complemented by hints of coffee aromas and flavors.
