Banker's Bills is a Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Von Ebert Brewing. Designed as a riff on Block 15's Fluffhead, this beer pushes its flavor profile deep into passionfruit, orange, and guava territory. It is brewed with tropical Southern Hemisphere hops and groundbreaking thin-film Apollo hop extract. The resulting brew features a plush haze with juicy notes of passionfruit, guava, orange pulp, ruby-red grapefruit, and lime zest, culminating in a bright, resin-kissed finish.
