Gloria! by Block 15 Brewing is a crisp, unfiltered pilsner inspired by classic European styles. It is brewed with a grain bill featuring Pure Idaho, Vienna, and Dextrapils malts, and hopped with a blend of Magnum, Hallertau, Oregon-grown Mt. Hood, and Czech Saaz. Fermented with Czech Pilsner yeast and cold-lagered for four weeks, it pours a hazy straw color. The resulting beer delivers a delicate malt body with snappy tasting notes of water cracker, citrus, and floral spring meadow hop aromas.
