Nebula by Block 15 Brewing is a ruby black Oatmeal Stout brewed with a complex malt bill featuring 2-row, HC Pale, Pale Chocolate, Blackprinz, Chocolate Wheat, Caramunich III, C-120, flaked oats, and rice hulls. It is hopped with CTZ and Crystal varieties to balance the sweetness. The use of pale and specialty dark malts imparts rich and roasty notes of chocolate ganache, cold brew coffee, and caramel, while the oats provide a smooth, comforting body and a balanced finish.
