This hop-forward approach yields a complex aroma and flavor profile characterized by bright citrus, resinous pine, and pineapple notes. The beer is built on a pale malt foundation that provides a balanced, slightly sweet body to support the hop bitterness, finishing crisp and clean with 50 IBU.
