Relish The Moment Jun is a Jun Kombucha crafted by Boocha Kombucha with a flavor profile inspired by sweet pickles. The brewing process begins with a primary fermentation using Balibetov organic yerba mate from Argentina and local, raw Novo Bees blackberry blossom and wildflower honeys. During secondary fermentation, fresh Alvarez Organic Farms pickling cucumbers are added alongside orange zest, cracked black pepper, fresh ginger, and additional Novo Bees honeys.
