Dark Rituals

Bottle Logic Brewing · Strong Ale - American · 13.5% ABV

Dark Rituals by Bottle Logic Brewing is a bold American Strong Ale created by blending a barleywine and a rye stout, which is then aged in bourbon barrels. The beer pours black with glints of amber and offers sweet aromas of toffee and raisin. Maturing the blend in bourbon barrels imparts complex notes of whiskey-soaked oak and vanilla. The flavor profile features heavy caramel, fig, and Medjool dates that weave through the rye-riddled stout base, ultimately leading to a smooth, oaked finish with a warming spike of bourbon.
