Mimosa Saison

Boulevard Brewing Co. · Farmhouse Ale - Saison · 8.0% ABV

Mimosa Saison by Boulevard Brewing Co. is a farmhouse ale inspired by the classic brunch cocktail. It is brewed with real orange juice and sweet orange peel to provide a bright, juicy citrus profile. These citrus additions are balanced by the fruity and slightly spicy esters characteristic of a traditional Belgian-style saison yeast. The beer delivers an effervescent carbonation and concludes with a crisp, dry finish.
