Boundary Bay Scotch Ale is a Northwest classic that was first brewed in 1995. The brewing process features a long boil in the kettle that caramelizes the wort, producing deep copper tones and a signature malt character. It is brewed with a complex malt bill consisting of 2-Row Pale, Munich, Carastan, Crystal, Chocolate, Roast, and Wheat malts, which are balanced by Perle, Cascade, and Mt. Hood hops. This ale has an IBU of 31.
