GALA by Breakside Brewery is a West Coast IPA that delivers a punchy, nostalgic bitterness. It is brewed with a malt base of Pilsner and Two Row, and heavily hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with various forms of Simcoe and Mosaic hops. The beer is then triple dry-hopped with the same hop varieties, resulting in a bold flavor profile with prominent tasting notes of ruby red grapefruit, mango, and sticky pine.
