Beersel Lager by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is an unfiltered, bottom-fermented pale lager originally brewed in collaboration with Armand Debelder and Frank Boon at De Proef Brouwerij. It is crafted with lager malt, 10 percent wheat, water, and hops. This full-malt, unpasteurized beer undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and features a cereal-forward profile with a pleasant bitterness of 40 IBU.
