Oude Kriekenlambik (kegged 12/02/2025) is a traditional Belgian fruit lambic crafted by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. For this specific kegged version, sour cherries were macerated for over four months on two-and-a-half-year-old lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen and Brouwerij De Troch. The fruit-infused base was then blended with additional old lambic, utilizing a total of eight different lambics from six oak barrels. The resulting blend has a weighted average age of over twenty-five months and a final fruit concentration of 34%, delivering a deeply complex, tart, and intensely fruity profile characteristic of a classic kriek.
