Bavik Super Pils is a traditional Belgian Pilsner crafted by Brouwerij De Brabandere. Brewed to an authentic 1894 recipe, this pilsner is made using only water, pure barley malt, Saaz aroma hops, and yeast. The brewing process avoids the high gravity method, meaning no water is added after fermentation and all ingredients are combined directly in the brewhall without dilution. It undergoes eight days of bottom fermentation followed by an extended thirty days of cold maturation. The beer is left unpasteurized to preserve its natural, fresh flavor and crystal-clear pale gold appearance. The exclusive use of noble Saaz hops provides a delicate, refreshing aroma and a crisp, smooth bitterness, resulting in a full-bodied, thirst-quenching profile with a clean finish.
