Lambic Framboise by Brouwerij Lindemans is a traditional Belgian fruited lambic that blends one-year-old spontaneously fermented lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries. The base beer is crafted using wild airborne yeast native to the Senne River valley, along with malted barley, unmalted wheat, and aged hops. The addition of the fruit provides a beautiful dark pink color, a delicate fruity aroma, and an indulgent raspberry flavor with a natural balance of sweetness and tartness.
