Saaz and Aurora hops are used to provide a gentle bitterness and a mild floral aroma that balances the beer's malt-forward character. The flavor profile is rich and complex, offering notes of biscuity malt, honey, vanilla, apricot, and ripe banana, complemented by peppery spices like clove and coriander.
