A Compilation Of Devotional Waltzes For Dancing In The Barren Wilderness

Burial Beer Co. · Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry · 15.0% ABV

A Compilation of Devotional Waltzes For Dancing In the Barren Wilderness is a barrel-aged imperial stout crafted by Burial Beer Co. The brewing process involves blending three varied-age imperial stouts and conditioning the beer on coffee, Maplewood smoked sea salt, house-toasted Texas pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, and Mexican vanilla beans briefly aged in a small bourbon cask. This combination of ingredients produces a rich and complex flavor profile with prominent notes of roasted coffee, warm pecan pie topped with vanilla whipped cream, and a subtle touch of smoke.
