Chuckanut Alt is a traditional Düsseldorf-style Altbier that pours a deep mahogany color. It features a complex malt profile highlighting notes of toasted bread, rich caramel, and a subtle hint of roast. This malt character is balanced by a firm, crisp bitterness from traditional German noble hops, which impart light floral and spicy aromatics. Brewed with a specialized German ale yeast, the beer undergoes a period of cold conditioning that results in a smooth, exceptionally clean, and dry finish.
