Happy Little Clouds is a Contemporary American-Style Pilsner brewed by Cloudburst Brewing. This highly decorated beer has earned numerous accolades, including a Bronze medal at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival, Bronze at the 2023 and 2022 World Beer Cup, and Silver at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival. Inspired by the belief that every day is a good day when you brew, the recipe is built on a foundation of Weyermann Pilsner Malt. It features a carefully layered blend of German and American hops, specifically utilizing Magnum, Saaz, Mandarina, Citra, Mosaic, and Strata to create a gently caressed, multi-layered flavor profile.
