Mosaicin' Me Crazy

Cloudburst Brewing · IPA - American · 6.7% ABV

Mosaicin' Me Crazy by Cloudburst Brewing is an American IPA that showcases a complex and robust hop profile by exclusively using Mosaic hops. Rather than a traditional single-hop approach, the brewery utilizes seven uniquely different lots of Mosaic from four different harvest years and over five different farms. These hops are incorporated in three different forms, including T90 pellets, Cryo pellets, and Cryo powder, to create an all-encompassing depth of flavor and aroma.
