This Is Boring

Cloudburst Brewing · Imperial Stout · 9.3% ABV

This is Boring by Cloudburst Brewing is a straightforward, full-bodied American Imperial Stout brewed with a roast-forward blend of eleven different malts. It is heavily hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade hops, which cut through the roasted malt profile to provide undertones of citrus, dark fruit, and pine. The brewing process intentionally avoids barrel aging and the use of any extra adjuncts like vanilla, coffee, or pastry ingredients, resulting in a traditional, classic stout experience.
