Valley Mélange 2025 is a wild ale crafted by ColdFire Brewing that blends three distinct barrel-aged beers. The base is a combination of the brewery's oak-fermented blonde ale named Ella aged in white wine barrels, an oak-fermented amber ale aged in sparkling wine barrels, and a pinot barrel-aged saison. This complex blend is then re-fermented on fresh raspberries, marionberries, and Triple Crown berries sourced from Boones Ferry Berry Farm. The resulting beer offers a refined experience that highlights the interplay of the barrel aging, the fresh fruit additions, and the brewery's unique house cultures.
