Deep Green by de Garde Brewing is a spontaneously fermented wild ale. It is brewed with Oregon malt, raw wheat, and aged Oregon hops, then aged in barrels for three to five years. To complete the brewing process, the beer is dry-hopped with Deep Cut Cascade hops from Crosby.
