Double Mountain Dry Cider is crafted using a blend of freshly harvested heirloom and Old World cider apples, including Newtowns, Braeburns, and Hanners, sourced locally from Double Mountain Orchards in Hood River, Oregon. The apples are pressed and fermented on a house yeast strain, allowing the cider to dry out and develop complex flavors. This process yields wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile, leading to a finish that is distinctly tart, crisp, dry, and quenching.
