Douglas Lager is a classic, macro-style American Lager created by Chris Smith and John Marti to bring a crisp, easy-drinking, and uncomplicated everyday beer back to the Pacific Northwest. It is brewed using locally sourced ingredients, featuring Baroness Pilsner malt from Linc Malt in Washington and Lórien hops from Oregon, without the use of adjunct grains. The beer is fermented with Imperial Yeast's Pilgrimage strain, originally sourced from Bavaria, resulting in a refreshing and balanced profile that honors the region's brewing heritage.
