Sad Wings (2022) BA Imperial Stout

E9 Brewing Co. · Stout - Imperial / Double · 10.0% ABV

Sad Wings is a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout produced by E9 Brewing Company. This dark, full-bodied ale undergoes extended aging in bourbon barrels, which imparts rich flavors of vanilla, toasted oak, and bourbon spirit. These barrel characteristics complement the base stout's robust profile of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and espresso.
