Sueños del Campo is a seasonal Fresh Hop New England-style IPA brewed by El Sueñito Brewing Company. It is brewed using freshly harvested, uncured Cashmere and El Dorado hops straight from the fields during the autumn harvest season. These fresh hops bring out a hazy profile with vibrant notes of mango, bright citrus, and green, forest-like undertones. Translating to "Dreams of the Field," the beer is crafted as a meaningful tribute to the hopes, dreams, and immense contributions of the immigrant laborers who cultivate and harvest the hop fields across the Pacific Northwest.
