Night Owl Pumpkin Ale is the original pumpkin ale brewed by Elysian Brewing Company. This beer is crafted with Pale, Munich, and Crystal malts, alongside Magnum hops, and incorporates pumpkin into the mash, boil, and fermenter. The brewing process utilizes both roasted and raw pumpkin seeds, and the beer is spiced during conditioning with a traditional blend of nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice. Night Owl won a Gold Medal at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival in the Pumpkin Beer category.
