Punkuccino Coffee Pumpkin Ale by Elysian is a seasonal beer brewed with a complex malt bill consisting of pale, brown, biscuit, C-77, chocolate, and kiln-coffee malts. During the brewing process, pumpkin is added directly into the mash along with a touch of lactose to provide a creamy mouthfeel and subtle sweetness. The ale is bittered with German Northern Brewer hops and spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. To complete its signature flavor profile, a generous amount of Stumptown cold brew coffee is blended in, creating a balanced brew that highlights both rich roasted coffee and traditional autumn pumpkin pie spices.
