Empyrical Orchard & Cidery · Cider - Other Fruit · 7.8% ABV

Inquiry by Empyrical Orchard and Cidery is a bone-dry, sparkling co-ferment cider that highlights the enigmatic quince. The base is crafted from a blend of high-gravity American heirloom apples, including Golden Russet, Esopus Spitzenberg, Winter Banana, Ashmead's Kernel, and Porter's Perfection. The cider is bottle-conditioned, disgorged, and then dosaged with cryo-concentrated fresh juice made from Empyrical-grown quince. It features an overripe, tropical aroma that teases sweetness while delivering a crisp, refreshing, and dry profile.
