Big Bad Baptist Brew Master's Keep (2023)

Epic Brewing Company · Stout - Imperial / Double · 14.1% ABV

Epic Brewing Company crafted the 2023 vintage of Big Bad Baptist Brew Master's Keep as an imperial double stout featuring the highest gravity base beer ever brewed at their facility. Drawing on over a decade of experience in perfecting barrel-aged beers, the cellar team spent twelve months planning and obsessing over the brew prior to production. The stout is carefully matured in choice bourbon barrels using specialized in-house techniques to create a deeply complex flavor profile that showcases true craftsmanship and the rich, robust characteristics of the barrel-aging process.
